iOS installation
Install the Picasse app.
Open the Picasse app.
Give Picasse access to the 'microphone'.
Give Picasse permission to show 'push notifications'.
Give Picasse permissions to send ‘critical alerts’.
You will be redirected to the login page:
Enter your phone number ( +31, without 0 ). Example: +31 6 99999999.
Enter the vertification code send by sms.
Give the app access to ‘location services’. Usually only the options: ‘one time, while using the app, never’ are shown. If this is the case, select ‘while using the app’. (If the option ‘always’ is selectable, make sure you choose that one.)
Go to the phone settings and search for the picasse app. Select ‘location / permission’ and set the location permission to ‘always’. Make sure the ‘precise location’ option is turned on. (slider to the right)
Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on the phone. If this is not the case, update it. Make sure the App store is allowed to update, you can change this in the settings of the phone.
Make sure the latest iOS version is installed on the phone. If this is not the case, update it.
Android installation
Install the Picasse app.
Open the Picasse app.
You will be redirected to the login page:
Enter your phone number ( +31, without 0 ). Example: +31 6 99999999.
Enter the vertification code send by sms. Usually this is done automatically.
Give the app access to ‘Location services’. Usually only the options: ‘one time, while using the app, never’ are shown. If this is the case, select ‘while using the app’. (If the option ‘always’ is selectable, make sure you choose that one.) Click on ‘go to settings’ on the next pop-up. Click on ‘permissions’, click on ‘locations’ en select ‘always’. Make sure the ‘precise location’ option is turned on. (slider to the right). Go back to the app and click ‘complete’.
If you do not get this pop-up, make sure you do this yourself after the initial instalation! Go to the phone settings and search for the picasse app. Select ‘location / permission’ and set the location permission to ‘always’. Make sure the ‘precise location’ option is turned on. (slider to the right)
Give Picasse permission to show 'push notifications'.
Give Picasse permission to ‘display on top’. You will be redirected to the settings, scroll till you find the Picasse App, click on it and turn the slider to the right to turn it on.
Give Picasse permissions to send ‘critical alerts’. You will be redirected to the settings, scroll till you find the Picasse App, click on it and turn the slider to the right to turn it on.
Give Picasse permission to ignore the ‘do not disturb’ settings. Click on ‘go to settings’ on the next pop-up. You will be redirected to the settings, scroll till you find the Picasse App, click on it and turn the slider to the right to turn it on.
Give Picasse permission to ignore the ‘battery-optimalisation’ settings by clicking on ‘exclude’ on the pop-up.
Give Picasse permission to ‘run in the background’ settings by clicking on ‘allow’ on the pop-up.
Go to the phone settings and look for the Picasse app. Turn the slider to ‘pause app activity if unused’ to the left to turn it off.
Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on the phone. If this is not the case, update it. Make sure the Playstore is allowed to update, you can change this in the settings of the phone.
Make sure the latest Android version is installed on the phone. If this is not the case, update it.
